Dock sales in Lake Arrowhead are picking up!!!

This week I closed MBM5 Slip 9 for 56k and S212B Village Cove 110k. I put NSM4 Slip 7 into escrow along with N516B 1/2 double at the end of North Bay.

Both of these docks just sold, one in Blue Jay Bay and the other in Meadow Bay. With the season approaching there are buyers looking at dock listings wanting to get situated before April. The lake level for 2010 is now at full capacity. Overnight the lake filled up 1.5′ Any more rain and ALA will need to open the floodgate.
