Year to date there have been 45 Lake Arrowhead dock sales and currently two are in escrow set to close before the end of the year. There are currently thirty eight LAke Arrowhead docks for sale on the lake ranging in price from 50k to 150k. I have sold most of the docks this year, in fact we have sold more docks than all the Lake Arrowhead Realtors combine.

NEW LISTING!! This Lake Arrowhead Dock for sale is located in Meadow Bay on the Point Hamiltair side of the bay. The boat slip sits in calm deep water and there are no stairs to access the dock. This is the only dock for sale on that side of the bay offered at $70,000.00 SOLD BEFORE PRINT!
The Meadow Bay Lake Arrowhead Docks for sale on the other side of the bay are much cheaper as the access is somewhat difficult. The best priced one is currently MBM11 Slip 2 offered at $47,500.00 the second cheapest dock for sale on the lake. Use ALA access 57 or 58 for access.
Lake Arrowhead Docks for sale FINANCING
Unfortunately banks and credit unions do not lend on docks. Reason is it’s not an actual piece of Real Estate. Owning a dock is simply owning a slip licence (easement) and the floating dock (personal property). The only way to finance a dock is to get seller financing. Currently I have about seven lake Arrowhead docks lfor sale where the owners will carry the loan with 20 to 50% amortized over 30 years due in three to five years.
